M35 high-speed steel is a high-performance molybdenum-based high-speed tool steel containing cobalt, with the following characteristics. The main characteristics are high hardness, high wear resistance, good toughness, excellent thermal stability and high red hardness. High hardness: After proper heat treatment, it can reach a high hardness of HRC64~66, or even HRC65-67. High wear resistance: Its excellent wear resistance enables the tool to maintain a sharp cutting edge for a long time under high-speed cutting and heavy load, reducing cutting force and friction, thereby extending the service life of the tool. Good toughness: Despite its high hardness, it also has good toughness. Under high load and high-speed cutting conditions, it has excellent fracture resistance, which can reduce tool damage and fracture. Excellent thermal stability: It can maintain good performance under high temperature environment and is suitable for high-temperature cutting applications, such as hot rolling, automotive parts processing and aerospace engine manufacturing. High red hardness: The hardness can reach HRC 63~65 at 625℃, and its performance is stable under high temperature conditions, which is suitable for molds and tools in high temperature and high pressure environments.

-Fracture toughness: It has high broken toughness and is suitable for knives with complex shapes.
