M3 high speed steel, material name is M3 Class1, complies with ASTM/AISI/SAE standards. This steel has high abrasive wear resistance, high toughness and high compressive strength. The hardness after annealing is in the range of 212-241HBW. In the supply state, the annealed hardness is 255HBW, the cold drawn hardness is 269HBW, and the cold drawn annealed hardness is 262HBW.
